
Expanding a Client’s Talent Recruitment Sourcing Options via SearchLab (CIR & ACIR)

Scenario: A client came to us with a goal of expanding their Talent sourcing options. Before training they used only two platforms for sourcing talent and did not find the volume of leads needed. One challenge was that carving out two days for training was difficult. In support of their needs and time constraints we delivered a customized solution, delivered training in one day, and focused on specific search examples for names and leads in tech in the Government and Defense industry. The training provided time for practice and mastery of search techniques that expanded their resources and access to potential candidate contact information. Attendees also had access to resources for continued support and self-paced learning after class. At the end of the training event, all of the client attendees felt the time spent was valuable. Each person was successful in passing both CIR and ACIR exams. Beyond their newly earned credentials they also have verified the ability to effectively source names and leads for cleared professionals from across the web.

The Challenge
A client, whose main talent sourcing efforts focused on technical talent that has (or can earn) a government security clearance, needed support in expanding their talent pools. This client currently utilizes only two sources of candidates. The client needed a customized training experience that would expand their sourcing capabilities, increase the quality of the candidates and drive efficiency in their process and time to fill open roles. They required an instructor-led training event, delivered in one day, that effectively covered all necessary material to successfully complete the certification exams and be ready for practical application of sourcing techniques.

Leaving additional advanced techniques available for attendees to review digital, self-guided content for continued learning and support.
