The AIRS Professional Recruitment Certification course is a full cycle recruitment training program that helps Recruiting and Human Resource professionals learn to think strategically about the talent acquisition process. With an abundance of interactive activities, this course focuses on the core components of recruiting including requisition evaluation, effectively working with hiring managers and clients, building candidate pipelines, preparing for cold calls, effective contacting and negotiating methodologies, and implementing and executing a successful interview process. Recruiting, as a science and an art, is focused on locating and hiring top talent.

The AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification course is ideal for all talent acquisition professionals looking to make an impact in their organization. Upon completion of the course, all students are able to take the PRC certification examination that is included with the course. This certification is valid for two years. Alumni can re-certify via the exam process at no additional cost every two years. Also included; unlimited access to MyAIRS Portal, instructor office hours, and supplemental resources.

SHRM: This program is valid for 6.5 PDCs toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.
