A job search can be exciting and challenging at the same time.  Exploring new opportunities, networking, optimizing your resume, preparing for interviews, marketing yourself, and preparing to negotiate an offer are among some of the essentials that can feel overwhelming.  Our individualized, one-on-one coaching sessions are led by an AIRS Certified talent acquisition professional, and they can help you learn to be effective focusing job search efforts and goal setting that are most important to you. 

    Our team of professionals is made up of AIRS Trainers, AIRS Certified Recruiters, and Certified Professional Career Coaches.  Schedule your personalized job search coaching session and take step towards landing your dream job!  Each session consists of a total of two hours with a dedicated coach.  You will work with your coach to determine how to effectively utilize and schedule your time working together.

    Refund Policy

    All training reservations are non-refundable.

    While cancellations are not accepted, requests for rescheduling your selected training will be accepted up to 5 business days prior to the event. Unfortunately, we cannot accept rescheduling requests after that time. All AIRS Training purchases will be valid for attendance for a period of one year from purchase date.

    If you need to reschedule, login to your MyAIRS learning portal and navigate to your scheduled sessions.  To do so click Live Sessions > # Registered > Learn More.  From there you can un-register from your current date and select a new one.  If you have any questions, please reach out to cs_AIRS@adp.com.
