It's imperative to have a strong understanding of the college recruiting process and how to locate the best candidate for the role. This course helps attendees learn to leverage AIRS search techniques to identify students, alumni and faculty on university websites and non-traditional destinations. We will explore social media sites, college recruiting resources, networking opportunities and effective search tools for identifying schools relevant to our target talent pool and long-term pipelining plan.
